Equitana Prize Draw Competition Terms and Conditions
1 – The promoter is: Greg Grant Saddlery Pty Ltd (ABN 23 010 778 533) whose trading address is 1293 Gympie Road, Aspley QLD.
2 – The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over, that attend Equitana Melbourne 2022, except employees of Greg Grant Saddlery Pty Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3 – There is no entry fee. Purchase of a Fort Worth product at Equitana Melbourne 2022 is necessary to enter this competition.
4 – Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
5 – Closing date for entry will be end of trade on the 13th November 2022. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
6 – No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7 – The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
- Entrant must purchase an item from the Fort Worth Saddlery stand (Epsom Pavilion – Stall 477) at Equitana Melbourne 2022 during hours of trade.
- After transaction is complete, entrant must complete and fill in their details via the competition form (https://manage.kmail-lists.com/subscriptions/subscribe?a=TZRm5a&g=V3zZt4)
8 – The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
9 – The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10 – The prize is as follows:
- The Grand Prize consists of ONE $1500 Fort Worth Voucher that will be rewarded to one lucky winner.
- Daily prize draw of $500 Fort Worth Gift Pack to one winner each day during the dates of Equitana 2022 (November 10th – 13th 2022). A total of FOUR daily prize vouchers will be given away.
The voucher is redeemable for Fort Worth products only, online at Greg Grant Saddlery (www.greggrantsaddlery.com.au).
The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
11 – Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
12 – The grand prize winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date, daily prize winners will be notified on corresponding day of prize draw at Equitana Melbourne 2022. The winner will only ever be contacted by info@greggrantsaddlery.com.au or a member of staff at Greg Grant Saddlery. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13 – The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
14 – The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15 – The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
16 – The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australia data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
17 – Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
18 – You are providing your information to Greg Grant Saddlery Pty Ltd and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at [https://www.greggrantsaddlery.com.au/pages/privacy-policy].
